About Delivery

We will deliver by courier. We use Yamato Transport as a delivery company. If you would like to use a different shipping company, please contact us.

 

About product delivery

In principle, products will be shipped within 9 days from the day following the order date, but shipping may be delayed due to circumstances such as the content of the order, inventory status, and busy periods. In addition, the products on this site may take time to produce.
The stock status is displayed on the purchase page for each product.

1-4 Items: Nationwide 680 Yen
5 items and more: Free (only 1 delivery address)

If you order back-ordered products and products that can be delivered immediately, we will ship all products at the same time according to the product with the latest delivery date. If you wish to have your backordered item or pre-ordered item shipped separately, you will need to pay the shipping fee for each delivery.

Return or Exchanges
  • Please check the items and contents when you receive the items.
  • If you have any request to return or exchange, you should contact us within 14 days after receiving the items.
  • Do not send the items back to us without first confirming with us.
  • If you are not satisfied with the items (not satisfied with the design or color, the size does not fit, etc.), we do not accept returns and exchanges.
  • Customers have to bear the returning shipping charges and service charge, if the cause is depend on Customer's side. And it is decided after the confirmation about the detail with the negotiation between your side and our company side.
  • If the cause is depend on our company side (1-3 stated below), we accept returns and exchanges including the shipping charges and service charge.
    1. The merchandise is different from which has been ordered.
    2. The merchandise is defective.
    3. The merchandise is damaged.
  • If you do not like the product (due to design, color, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • For other returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience, we will contact you to confirm the details, and after consultation, we will accept the return shipping fee and other fees as the customer's responsibility.
  • As a general rule, orders cannot be canceled after the order has been shipped.

Regarding delivery

Ordered products are basically shipped overseas by Japan Post's EMS (international speed mail). If you would like to use another shipping company, please contact us prior to shipping your order.

Once the item has been shipped, we will inform you of the EMS tracking number by e-mail. As a web service of EMS, you can check the shipping status by the number. However, the tracking service may not be available in some countries. Those countries are marked with "*" after the country name above.

About shipping cost

We will charge the following delivery fee for each order. Prices vary depending on the number of items ordered and the destination country/region.

This shipping fee is stipulated according to the total amount of the ordered products, and includes the international express mail (EMS) transportation fee and insurance fee. In addition, this shipping fee will be paid together with the price of the product at the time of ordering.

Customs duties, etc.

Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, import duties, value added tax (VAT), customs clearance fees, shipping charges, etc. may occur. If import duties, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees, shipping charges, etc. occur, the customer (or the recipient if the person placing the order and the person receiving the order are different) will be responsible for the actual costs, and the shipping address will be billed directly by the post office or courier.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs clearance problems or customs clearance procedures.

Returns & exchanges

Please check your order upon arrival. We make every effort to ensure the quality and shipping of the products we deliver, but if there is damage during shipping, or if the product is different from what you ordered, we will respond immediately.

  • If you need to exchange or return the product, please contact us by email or phone within 14 days from the date of arrival of the product, and we will respond as soon as possible.
